I am not a happy customer. The ring was not going off at all when there was motion so i changed the settings and now it goes off every few minutes and there is absolutely no motion outside at all. And why can you not contact Ring for support…this is ridiculous customer service!

It is best to start with them since you are having lots of false motion alerts. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
