Ring camera has stopped picking up all motion

I have adjusted every setting to max motion capture, charged the battery to full, made sure my subscription was paid, and now I’m all out of ideas. It stopped working about 2 weeks ago now, and we have not gotten a single notification. I can stand in front of the camera waving a flashlight and it still will not go off.

Hi @Mr.cows. Which model of Ring Doorbell or Camera do you have? You can find this information on the original packaging or on the Device Health page in the Ring App. Make sure Motion Detection is toggled on in the device profile page, and ensure that you don’t have Motion Detection and Motion Recording disabled in the Modes settings.
