Ring camera disconnected and won't reconnect

My ring doorbell disconnected by itself at 5am and won’t reconnect.

The battery is 68% full

After trying to connect the white light shows 50% on the left. Voice days connection failed

No WiFi changes were made before or disconnected.

Tried reconnecting on multiple devices (Android phone and tablet).

I can’t contact support because I’m in Ireland and their phone number doesn’t work here

Hi @Pdscott. What is the RSSI for you device? This is found in the Device Health section of the Ring app. Also, try rebooting your internet router to see if that will improve the connectivity. Let me know if this helps!
