I have tried everything. Guide through the app wont fix anything. Reset with 20sec method on top of unit wont reset.
It lights green and has the led running all the time. I have to unplug it from the socket since its lid all the time.
Wont connect to wifi.
Wont do anything.
Its like its in some bricked state that reboots the same state over and over again.
I tried unplugging it for several minutes hours and days.
I tried rebooting my wifi.
I tried turning off my router for several minutes.
I tried the reset button (20 sec press)
I tried the connect button (single press)
Is it really not possible to get some real help from a human support of the company?!

Hi @RingUser31. You have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps I would have recommended for your concern. The next best step would be to give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here for further assistance. If you are outside of the US, please visit here to see how to contact support.

The suggested solution is not working. Ive been trying to call the support number, for Denmark, several months now and it never gets to any support. I still have a non functioning camera in a state i cant fix myself. This is bs! Ive been running Ring cameras alot and ive always been recommending the units to everyone. This needs to be fixed now.
How do i get some support!?
Old thread: Ring Cam Wired wont reset or connect wifi
Hi @RingUser31. You will need to get in touch with our support team for this, as the basic troubleshooting steps have not resolved this issue. The Ring Community is a public forum, so we can only assist with general troubleshooting since we cannot access device details or information.
When reaching out to our support team, you can try the worldwide number listed here. You can also locate the hours of operation here. If you call outside the hours of operation, you won’t be able to reach anyone. One other option to get in touch with support is via social media by sending a private message @Ring on either Facebook or Twitter.
