The suggested solution is not working. Ive been trying to call the support number, for Denmark, several months now and it never gets to any support. I still have a non functioning camera in a state i cant fix myself. This is bs! Ive been running Ring cameras alot and ive always been recommending the units to everyone. This needs to be fixed now.
