Ring cam and phone connection issues

Just got 2 ring cams in my shop, Internet says they are connected to the router but we seem to keep losing connection on our mobiles, Internet provider says there could be a traffic issue between the cameras and mobiles whatever that means

Hi @user5508. I'd first recommend checking the RSSI on your Ring Cameras, as the RSSI is a measure of how strong the wifi connection to your device is. If the RSSI looks good, then you can find some basic troubleshooting tips and tricks for Live View concerns [here](https://community.ring.com/t/ring-live-view-not-working-or-connecting-ring-troubleshooting-tips/249) as well. You'll want to make sure the Ring App and your phone's OS are updated, and that any VPNs you have are disabled. I hope this information helps! :)
