Ring cam and phone connection issues

Just got 2 ring cams in my shop, Internet says they are connected to the router but we seem to keep losing connection on our mobiles, Internet provider says there could be a traffic issue between the cameras and mobiles whatever that means

Hi @user5508. I’d first recommend checking the RSSI on your Ring Cameras, as the RSSI is a measure of how strong the wifi connection to your device is. You can read more on RSSI in our Community Post here. If the RSSI looks good, then you can find some basic troubleshooting tips and tricks for Live View concerns here as well. You’ll want to make sure the Ring App and your phone’s OS are updated, and that any VPNs you have are disabled. I hope this information helps! :slight_smile:
