Ring cam 1 battery low/other full offline till low battery removed
Battery cam has been very reliable. In the last week I noticed it was offline for about 2 weeks. Left battery showed low/dead and right battery full charge green. Removed left battery and back online instantly. Batteries are matched pair and not a year old. Other cam of this type has low/dead right battery and functions normal off of left side battery. Both of these units, if I remember correctly, were purchased at the same time and supplier.

Hi @wmbj. Your Camera should still work properly as long as it is receiving power from one of the batteries. Please try resetting the affected Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. You'll then need to set it back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device.
