Ring battery doorbell 3 not detecting motion


After going through all settings, enable and maxing out everything, reading all docs and topics, reinstalling and trying again, my doorbell denies to detect motion.

Pushing the button works well, video is recorded.

We also have a battery stick camera, and that one works like a charm.

I am running out of options here :slight_smile:

Who has any details on this?

I’ve tried the phone, but it seems they are really busy :slight_smile:

So email was my second option.

I’ll update on the problem with a reply and hopefully a solution for the next.
