I tried unplugging and hitting reset button on base station but message still says device is already registered
Hi @JKCrane3. Did you purchase the Base Station new or used? Have you, or a family member, gone through the setup process for the Base Station? Ensure that you are signed into the Ring app with the same email that you were signed into at the time you first setup your Base Station.
Also, I highly advise against pressing the reset button on your Base Station. There is a specific process used to perform a factory reset on the Base Station and if done improperly, it can cause a lot of issues. Reaching out to our support team may be the best option to get this resolved.
