Ring at home app not connecting to base station

Hi all,

My Ring app has suddenly stopped connecting to my Base Station/dashboard.

I can arm the alarm via the keypad, but the app and desktop browser won’t allow me to do anything at all.

I restarted my router, restarted the base station, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing has helped.

Weirdly, the our Nest smart thermostat is offline in the app too.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Hi @Danielcallaghan808. You’ve performed the basic troubleshooting steps I would have recommended. I’d also suggest turning off any VPNs on your phone when accessing the Ring app, and ensuring your phone has a strong internet connection.
