Ring app

I am unable to enable my motion detection for my ring doorbell on my app. When i switch it on, it acts like it is enabling, but then quickly disables. This started all of a sudden on Saturday and I don’t know how to fix it.

Hey @Merrie. Are you referencing the new Modes feature? Also, how are you enabling the motion detection? If you could take a screen recording of what you are doing in the app, this may help clear up what exactly you are running into! Once you have this screen recording, you can zip the file and upload this as an attachment to your reply here. :slight_smile:
