My ring is working but I can’t open any live views or anything to see through the app. Keeps saying my cell phone isn’t connected to the internet. But it is.
It’s not that you phone doesn’t have an internet connection, it’s that your Front Door doesn’t.
Some people have mentioned that when on their cell based connection that can’t make a connection.
You might try Ring Support and see if they have any suggestions if you can’t find any in the forums.
