Ring App taking extremely long to load recorded videos on all my cameras including shared. All devices are on a solid internet connection. Using Android app
Hi there, @lifewithjesse! Are recorded videos also loading slowly if you log in on Ring.com via a web browser? If possible, try doing so on another device. This can rule out many connection and mobile device variables. Let us know how this goes!
