Ring app- ringing but no live view (no problem with connection)

Hello,
I connect 3 phones (accounts- shared) to Ring Doorbell 2 successfull but the 4th phone only ringing without live view… I tried everything. All security rules ok, no antivirus, everything allowed on phone. Xiaomi 11T pro with android 11. Anybody with same problem? Thank you
