Ring App on MacBook

Hi, I have developed an issue with the Ring App on my MacBook Pro. Previously, if I was working on my Mac and motion/ring was detected on either my spotlight cam or my doorbell, it would pop up with the video screen. This still works but after the first detections, the app completely crashes and I need to force quit it.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix for it?

Hi @paulcrate. I would first make sure that your MacBook Pro OS is up to date, as well as your Ring app. Also, try to reboot your internet router. These adjustments should cause your Ring app to resume normal function. If this doesn’t work, try contacting our support team for the next best steps.
