I have the ring alarm fitted and everytime I get a push notification it displays the wrong time. Event history in the app shows the correct time for events, it’s only push notifications that are displaying the incorrect time, I have an android if that helps.
Hi @I2aw. If the time on the push notifications from Ring is not correct, try the following steps:
Verify that your Ring app and phone are caught up with the latest updates available.
Disable any active VPNs on your phone.
Clear cache and data for the Ring app on your phone’s settings if possible.
