Ring App live view doesn't have controls option for lock

Why are there 2 types of live view?
When I go directly to a notification or the widget to my cameras/doorbells - there’s no controls function. I have to exit that “live view” and go to “live view” to bring up the controller button dialogue
I have the Gate Controller Pro so it’s kind of lame and confusing to explain to everyone else in my family that one version of live view is not the same as the other live view

Hi @RingingInMyEars. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of where in the Ring app you see two Live View options? I’d be happy to confirm with my team what is expected when it comes to the Access Controller Pro.
