Ring App Froze

Q:I had to uninstall the Ring app because my phone froze… now my 3 ring cameras and my ring doorbell have to be added again… how do I do that?

Hey @Auburn0814. You should be able to log into the Ring account with the email address and password you used before to see the devices already set up on your account. If the devices are offline, you may need reconnect them through the Device Health page. In the event you have logged into your account and do not see the devices there, you can attempt to set them up again, but you will most likely get a message that they are already registered.
