Ring app continues to crash android

The app will not let me view cameras or go into settings without crashing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Issue not resolved.

    Do you know what version of app you have? Also, what brand of Android phone and model?

      Seems to be an issue with service right now. Live view and logins. I had trouble before but just got back into the system. See attached Ring status report.
