I tried to login to my android app this morning after changing the password no luck in getting into it
I have the latest updates on the Samsung, and also have removed the app and reinstalled the app 3.69.0 still getting different error codes everytime I enter my password

At this time, the Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN, and it is likely to cause errors. If you’re not using a VPN, please share which version of your phone’s OS you’re on and share a screenshot of the error message you see in the Ring app.
