I just upgraded to a OnePlus 7T with android 10. The reponse is much slower than my previous phone android 9. I want to know if there is a problem with android 10 (Oxygen OS 10)?

I have the same exact phone. It takes 6 seconds from my app opening to live view on data. I just tested it today.

I figured it out. I set the phone so it does not optimize battery usage in the battery settings for the ring app.
