Someone rings my doorbell and get no alerts on phone. I turn alerts on and off again and it works for a day. The next day the same thing happens.,I talked to experts support but no call back?? Help!!!
Hi @user24127. What type of phone/OS version are you using? What version of the Ring app is downloaded on your phone? Try clearing the cache on your phones notifications to see if that will allow notifications. I hope this helps!
