Hello I want to buy a ring alarm in the United States and I want to use it in Mexico but I don’t know if it works, I need help with that

Glad you asked, @ChristianNM! Our Alarm system and devices are designed to meet regulations and compliance of specific regions. In addition to ensuring our device is compliant for a region, there are certain features, such as cellular backup, that are dependent on the region the system is intended for. For this reason, we do not advise using a US Alarm to Mexico.

RING alarm not working in California, so I would imagine it probably wont work in Mexico.
