Hi, My alarm base station is constantly using the mobile network instead of my Wifi, it will not connect to wifi no matter what I try. Router 1 (I have two networks available to me) is about 2.5 metres away so no problem with signal, many other items are connected without a problem yet the alarm base station will not connect. Router 2 further away but with a decent signal (both on different internet lines) also will not connect. I have a floodlight camera and 3 other cameras ALL connected without a problem, I have tried rebooting everything from router to resetting the alarm and still no connection. Need help please.
