Ring Alarm went offline when an event occured

Early this morning, at 2:06 am, my Ring alarm was triggered by motion in my garage. I attempted to view my garage cam but received a notification, at 2:06am that my Ring alarm is running on cellular backup. I reached out to my ISP and they said there were no outages last night. To say I am concerned is an understatement. All of my other Ring cameras are linked so they all should have recorded something, but they were all offline, at 2:06 am. I have attached screen shots of the history at 2:06 am.Could the Ring going offline at 2:06 am for whatever reason, cause it to trigger motion in my garage or, did the motion detected in the garage that triggered the alarm, cause the Ring alarm to go offline?Either way, this is not how I want my security system to perform to protect me and my family. ![IMG_3804|317x499](upload://dOG9iVjt0jy5oHYBqXyvoyazLuq.jpeg)

Hi @mcmmotorsports. The Base Station going into cellular backup would not cause a Motion Sensor to detect motion, or vice versa. In the Community, we do not have access to account or device information to troubleshoot in depth. For your concern, I recommend reaching out to our support team to further investigate your concern. Give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus).
