The Wi-Fi speed and range I get with the Alarm pro has been super bad! Just 20 ft away and the speed drops to 40mbps. It definitely does not work as advertised. I plugged in my old TP-Link and the speeds are up to what you expect - 500MBPS. I tried moving the router to a few other places in the house but have the same issue. Is this an issue with the alarm pro itself?

    Hi @user38225. The Ring Alarm Pro has a built-in eero Wi-Fi 6 router, but internet connection speeds depend on your internet service provider and your network configuration. It's possible there are some security or firewall settings on your network that may not work well with the eero router inside the Alarm Pro. There are some [alternative network configuration options](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/6154718893972-Alternative-Alarm-Pro-eero-Wifi-Network-Configuration-Options) that you could try, if you're familiar with advanced network settings.
