Ring Alarm Pro keeps dropping internet

Can anyone advise on a fix for Ring Alarm Pro that keeps dropping Internet? Plus, when it does drop, Cellular never kicks in!
I have checked the modem and that is connected to Internet and the Cellular signal to the Ring Alarm Pro is perfect (full bars).
