Ring alarm pro is hot to touch

Does anyone else notice that the ring alarm pro base station is hot to touch? I just installed it and wondering if I need to send it back to get another one. I mean it's really hot.

Hi @Purplepokadots. It is normal for your Ring Alarm Pro Base Station to feel warm during use, similar to how a computer or video game console that is in use can feel warm to the touch. You also want to make sure the Base Station is placed in an area that is well ventilated and is not covered or obscured by anything that could block the air flow.
