Ring alarm pro in Canada (2023)

Hello. I’ve seen a ton of conflicting information on this subject. I would like to purchase ring alarm pro base station IF the backup cellular internet service is available in Canada. I’m talking about when the main ISP network behind the Wi-Fi goes out, the cameras stay connected and uploading. Is this function available in Canada now ?

Hi @Emac08. The Ring Alarm Pro is not supported in Canada. Even though this is available on the CA Ring website, you’ll see in the picture below where it states it only ships in the US. I apologize that this isn’t more clear and I will forward this information for improvement.
The Ring Alarm 2nd Gen is available in CA, excluding Quebec.
