new up date for you all, my Ring Alarm Outdoor Siren is now fixed i had to take the cover off and do the tampered screw and it is now on line, so if anyone has a pebble dash wall please remember to add just the tampered screw, i have been in touch with ring today and told them that for some reason it had knocked my base station it was not showing in my full plan, so i had to kill off the plan, re do it so that they all show up, fair play to ring got my half refund back right away , very good service , 5 stars
