I have recently installed a motion detector in the hallway, but as the keypad is in the view of the motion sensor it sometimes sets off the alarm immediately after arming the system. Is there anything i can do in the app to stop this from happening?
The motion sensor shouldn’t trigger an alarm due to motion until the exit delay has expired.
I did have a problem once where one of my motion sensors was “stuck” in the “motion detected” state so as soon as the exit delay expired, it triggered an alarm. Pulling the batteries and restarting the motion sensor got it unstuck.
