Ring Alarm History not updating

Hello,

I am a ring user for a couple of years and never had this problem before.

When I go to ring app, and click on History, all the motion events from the Cameras are there (last one was 20 minutes ago) but, when I go to Alarm, the last event that shows is from yesterday 11:38am.

I dont know what to do, I already looked over the internet and couldnt find anyone with the same problem.

Does anyone knows what should I do? I am right now on a 40 minutes wait on the Ring Help Center phone.

This is happening to me too. I just noticed!

I just read some forums/ posts on this website. Apparently, the ring is having some issues and has been working on it since this morning.
