Ring alarm goes to cellular backup multiple times a dayc

We get a notification several times a day that “Ring Alarm is running on cellular backup”. Then, a minute or two later we get a “Connection was restored to Ring Alarm”. This has been going on since we installed the alarm a few weeks ago. I’ve checked both the Internet and Wi-Fi connectivity during these time periods, and it has never been down. Any idea on how we can track down why it thinks its connectivity is down? I don’t see any details in the Ring app other than the notifications themselves.

Hi @KenRider. I’d recommend following up with our support team on this concern so they can take a closer look and perform all applicable troubleshooting steps with you. It’s important to troubleshoot your Base Station with our support team to ensure you don’t fully reset it and then have to set up all of your Ring Alarm components again.
