Ring Alarm Base Station offkine

Suddenly today or yesterday, my Ring Alarm Base Station won’t connect to the network.

Restarted router, no change.
Ran through Wifi/Bluetooth setup, shows both my networks with strong signal, asks for PW, then says either the password dis wrong or it’s out of range.

It’s got a battery backup and cellular backup, it’s plugged into the wall. The Bluetooth setup part works fine it just won’t connect to WiFi.

Since you’ve run through most of the basic troubleshooting and your Base Station is still not connecting to wifi, I’d recommend contacting our support team directly so they can take a closer look at this for you.
