Alarm system not working.
Base station was off for over 2 days.
Reconnected to mains and verified socket is working, but for past 4 days the alarm has not worked and the power light is constantly red.
No lights on the front.
Bought in February 2020 from ring.
Sorry to hear about this experience @Scorpuk! If there are no lights on the top of your Base Station, and the Alarm Base Station Power indicator on the back is showing as red, this will likely mean that it is not receiving the necessary power. Please try another outlet in the home, if possible, and allow some time after plugging in for the Alarm to register power restored.
Once the power status improves, try to reconnect to wifi in the Ring app. If the power concern does not improve, and the Base Station is not responsive to button presses or reconnection attempts, this may require more in depth troubleshooting.
