Ring account not getting notifications

I have my account on my phone which most of the time works to show me someone is at the door, othertimes it can be delayed in telling me. I know the sign is ok to the doorbell from the wifi as it doesnt show any fluctuations on the graph. If this because my husband has also logged into my account on his phone to access the doorbell aswell. Is it only going through to one of the phones at a time? Any help would be good. Im missing so many parcels because of this.
