Hi, my ring 4 doorbell makes a load static noise when pressed, or sometimes nothing at all even though the internal chime works.

Hi @toastie15. Is the static noise coming from the doorbell itself or is this coming from the device you are using Live View from?

Hi @toastie15. Do you have your Doorbell 4 connected to the existing doorbell circuit? Make sure none of the wires are loose or frayed. Additionally, what is the make and model of the chime kit in your home? What is the power rating on your transformer?
