Ring 4 not showing in dashboard

I had a Ring 2 and 2 chimes.(1st gen).
Had to replace the Ring 2 with Ring 4. (I did not reinstall the Chimes).
Now ALL my devices are working but not showing up on the dashboards of my PC, and or Samsung S20.
On PC app (W11) I see Chime pro and chime. I do get notifications on PC.
In PC browser, Dashboard I see Camera, no chimes.
On S20 I see all devices.
I have the same login info on all devices.
I would like to have all devices shown on the W11 RING app and in the PC RING dashboard.
All help would be appreciated.

Hi @Surfer10k. The Ring Desktop App will be discontinued in 2022, so I’d recommend looking at our Help Center Article here for more information. If you use the desktop app until it’s discontinued, the following devices and features are not supported.

  • Video Doorbell Wired
  • Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2
  • Ring Video Doorbell 4
  • Video end-to-end encryption
  • Geofence

In the meantime, our team is working to bring more features to the Ring.com experience and you can always have access to all of your devices and features in the Ring App on a smartphone. I hope this information helps clear things up. :slight_smile:
