We have 2 batteries for our doorbell and when put in our back up battery (bought a second so we could just swap them out) our live view doesn’t work and it shows it still needs charged?? Really confused anyone have any fixes for this??
I’ve had this same problem with my Spotlight cam and I have found if I reboot my cell phone and then reopen the Ring app the battery shows fully charged.
Hi @user14078. It can take sometime for your Doorbell to reflect that there is a new battery. To speed up this process, press the Doorbell button to trigger an alert. A few minutes after that and you should see the correct battery level. Let me know if this helps!
