This issue is frustrating; Nothing has changed regarding lighting, settings, etc. But periodically, my Ring 3 is not recording events during those hours. This has been going on now for the last two-three nights. I know movement is happening because I hear cars going up and down my one-way-in, one-way-out street. No settings are changed. The lighting in my small neighborhood stays the same. Why doe this keep happening periodically?
Hi @user25047. Is your doorbell recording snapshots during this time? Have you tested this by walking in front of the doorbell? Does Live View work during this time? What is the RSSI during the time where the Doorbell should be recording? Thanks for this information, neighbor!
