I have Ring 3 doorbell. It works fine when on battery power. When I plug it into the power supply (hardwired) it either drops connection immediately of continues working for 3 to 5 days and then drops connection. My other devices connected to the same wifi continue to work fine. My RSS is stable between 50 and 60.

Hi @GD22. What hardwired power supply are you using for your Ring Doorbell 3? Is the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) stable after you plug in this power supply, or is it only stable beforehand? If the RSSI is consistently around -60, it could cause some performance concerns. You can also read more information on wifi in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020044511-How-to-Make-Wifi-Work-For-You).
