When going live view.
The volume is Extremely poor.
I have to put my ph to my ear to hear anything…then I can’t look at the same time.
How can I increase the Volume???
Hi @Tinmar069! Ring app volume can be controlled by your mobile device. While in the Ring app, use your volume button to increase the mobile device volume for the Ring app. Try doing this while viewing a video as well. This will ensure that all volume types supported on your mobile device are increased.
If this concern persists, please remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device to ensure it is up to date and optimally integrated. I hope this helps!
