Hi @whawkusa. Try resetting your Doorbell by holding down the reset button underneath the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to reconnect your Doorbell to your wifi network. Verify that the wiring looks correct and the wires on the back of the Doorbell are connected firmly.
