Ring 2nd gen range extender

I can’t get this thing to connect. So, I tried removing it by tapping remove and it won’t remove it. Then I tried advanced options and tapped to remove it and it still won’t. usually this advanced option works, for this range extender it won’t do it. How do I remove this so I can try adding it again to see if that helps adding it to the system?
