I am trying to set up my new Ring doorbell Pro but keep getting message Ring wants to join Wi-Fi Network “Ring-27dbf5” which is not coming up as an option on my Wi-Fi list. Need Help!!!
Hi there, @ringme3! When the Ring setup network is not broadcasting or showing up in your wifi settings, this can either be a mobile device factor or power variables. Try performing the setup on another mobile device entirely. I recommend also powering down the Doorbell Pro, then powering it back up and leaving it powered for about an hour before attempting setup again.
