Just got a Ring 2, trying to connect to set it up for the first time and it won’t. Tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, using a second phone, rebooting wifi, standing right next to the router. Nothing. Just fails. No ring wifi appears in the list on my phone either

Hi @ashlelau. Is there a specific error message you receive in the Ring app during the setup attempt? Do you see any specific light pattern on the Doorbell itself when the setup fails? You’ve run through all of the basic troubleshooting steps I would have recommended, but I also suggest ensuring that you have fully charged the battery using the provided charging cable before attempting the setup process again.
