My Ring 2 doorbell that I purchased Feb 2019 has been working great until a few weeks ago. At that time it stopped responding or connecting. We have charged the battery, hooked up to hardwired 24v AC power, held the setup button for 15-20 sec in an attempt to reset it all to no avail. There is no response from the device, no lights no evidence that it is even on. What should we try next? We were happy with the product until now, is there a warranty if we cant get it working?
