Our Ring Doorbell 2 has a shattered sensor cover. I believe it is due to exposure to weather/sun. Very disappointing. Apparently no replacement available for that specific part and it is no longer under warranty. Now the sensor is exposed completely to the elements and will be of no use. In addition it looks horrible.
