Hi I have the Ring 2 doorbell. I have it mechanically set up. My inside door chime does not ring when the Ring is rung. The chime rings when I connect to a regular doorbell but not when the Ring is hooked up. It also does not charge my battery, therefore I have to charge my battery every few months, what do I need to do
Hey @Fitzy17. Please verify that your internal chime kit is compatible with the Doorbell 2 from looking at the list in our Help Center Article here. If you find your chime kit is compatible but still not ringing with your Ring Doorbell 2, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
