My Ring Video Doorbell 2 has stopped working. It’s shows as disconnected and after removing, charging, and reinstalling the battery the lights flash blue once and the unit is completely unresponsive. Pushing the setup button has no effect. It was purchased in January 2020. What do I need to do to get warranty service?

Hello, was there any other fixes that anyone had vs just getting it replaced? Mine has been acting like this too for no reason. However it just won’t connect yet my other one still works perfectly fine.
